Peppered Cheese
Ingredients
- 2 c. (8 oz.) grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature ⓘ
- 1 tsp. fines herbes ⓘ
- 1 tsp. minced chives ⓘ
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce ⓘ
- 1 clove garlic, crushed or garlic powder to equal 1 clove ⓘ
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. any flavored seasoned pepper (such as lemon and onion pepper) ⓘ
Instructions
- Mix cheese, fines herbes, chives, Worcestershire sauce and garlic.
- Scrape bowl with spatula.
- With hands, shape cheese into a wheel.
- On wax paper, roll the shaped cheese into the seasoned pepper.
- Pepper should cover entire wheel of cheese.
