Ingredients

  • 2 oz. peppermint candy
  • 10 oz. white chocolate or vanilla milk chips

Instructions

  1. Crush the peppermint candy in a food processor.
  2. Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler, stirring constantly.
  3. Add the crushed peppermint candy to the melted chocolate and mix well.
  4. Spread the mixture onto a buttered cookie sheet.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator until set.
  6. Break the hardened candy into pieces.
  7. Store in an airtight container.
