Ingredients

  • 8 oz. mozzarella cheese, diced
  • 2 oz. pepperoni, diced
  • 5 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Sprinkle diced mozzarella cheese and pepperoni evenly on the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
  3. Beat eggs, milk, and basil until well blended.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the pie plate over the cheese and pepperoni.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
