A flavorful upside-down vegetable pizza with a cheesy crust, layered with seasoned turkey and vegetables, perfect for a hearty family dinner or casual gathering.

Ingredients

  • mozzarella cheese
  • ground turkey
  • vegetables
  • crescent rolls
  • tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. If using tomato sauce, add basil, oregano, and garlic to it.
  2. Brown the ground turkey in a skillet.
  3. Layer the cooked turkey at the bottom of a casserole dish.
  4. Add cooked vegetables on top of the turkey.
  5. Pour 2 cups of tomato sauce over the vegetables.
  6. Sprinkle a little mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
  7. Place crescent rolls on top as a crust.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes.
