Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 cup chopped pepperoni
  • 3/4 cup flour

Instructions

  1. Grease an 8 x 8-inch pan.
  2. Mix half of the shredded mozzarella cheese with all the other ingredients.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
  4. Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes.
  5. Turn off the oven and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  6. Remove from oven when the cheese is melted.
  7. Cut into squares and serve warm.
