Pepperoni Triangles

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) stick pepperoni, shredded
  • 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 c. diced celery
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 egg
  • phyllo sheets
  • melted butter

Instructions

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients.
  2. Lay down 1 phyllo sheet.
  3. Brush with butter.
  4. Repeat with second and third sheet, buttering each. Cut down short side.
  5. Place 1 teaspoon filling at base.
  6. Roll up as a flag; brush with butter.
  7. Seal edges.
