Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • yellow bell peppers
  • red bell peppers

Instructions

  1. Saute the bell peppers in butter in a saucepan until tender.
  2. Slice the pears into 1/4-inch thick slices.
  3. Add the sliced pears to the peppers.
  4. Add a couple of drops of lemon juice to the mixture.
  5. Continue to sauté with the lid on until the pears and peppers are tender-crisp.
