Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Heat a Teflon or crepe pan over medium heat.
  3. Pour a thin layer of batter into the pan, tilting to spread evenly.
  4. Cook until the edges are lightly golden, then turn over.
  5. Cook the other side until golden, then remove and serve.
  6. Serve with strawberries, sour cream, maple syrup, or your preferred toppings.
