Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract

Instructions

  1. Warm the milk slightly and add all other ingredients.
  2. Beat together in an electric mixer or blender until well mixed.
  3. Pour the mixture into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell which has been thoroughly chilled.
  4. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
  5. Bake at 400° for 35 minutes.
