Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups leftover mashed potatoes
  • 12 oz. frozen cooked squash, thawed
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. onion flakes
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Grease a 1-quart casserole dish and set aside.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and blend well.
  4. Spoon the mixture into the prepared casserole.
  5. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, or until lightly browned and heated through.
