Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl.
  2. Add the milk and stir until just combined to form a dough.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of the dough into boiling water or stew and cover.
  4. Cook for 10 minutes before lifting the cover.
  5. Continue cooking until the tops of the dumplings are no longer shiny.
  6. Serve hot.
