Instructions
- Grease 12 pan cups.
- Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into bowl.
- Make a well in center.
- Add egg, milk and shortening. Stir just to moisten dry ingredients.
- Butter will be lumpy.
- Fill cups 2/3 full.
- Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown (400°).
