Ingredients

  • 9 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 9 c. cranberry juice
  • 4 1/2 c. water
  • 4 1/2 tsp. whole cloves
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 4 cinnamon sticks, broken

Instructions

  1. Combine pineapple juice, cranberry juice, water, and brown sugar in a 30-cup automatic coffee maker.
  2. Ensure the sugar melts completely and use the filter provided.
  3. Place whole cloves, salt, and broken cinnamon sticks in the basket of the coffee maker.
  4. Plug in the coffee maker and perk the mixture until heated thoroughly.
  5. Serve the punch piping hot.
  6. Store any leftover punch in the refrigerator.
  7. Reheat before serving if desired.
