Ingredients

  • 1 c. persimmon pulp with 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 c. shortening
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. each cinnamon and nutmeg
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 1 c. raisins

Instructions

  1. Mix together and drop on cookie sheet.
  2. Bake for 10 minutes at 350°.
