Ingredients

  • 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 2 cups diced apple
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1/2 cup peeled, sliced persimmons
  • 1/4 cup chopped black walnuts
  • 1/2 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup whipped cream
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine the mandarin oranges, diced apple, sliced bananas, sliced persimmons, and chopped black walnuts in a bowl, stirring gently.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the salad dressing or mayonnaise, whipped cream, and sugar until well combined.
  3. Pour the dressing over the fruit mixture.
  4. Toss lightly to coat all the fruit evenly.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
