Ingredients

  • tomato cup chopped
  • 1 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 garlic small clov, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded carrot
  • beet cup shredded
  • 1 cup pine nuts
  • 1 cup fresh basil loosely packed
  • 2 tablespoons Bragg Liquid Aminos
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar optional

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor, and process until finely chopped but not smooth.
  2. Divide among serving bowls.
  3. Garnish with basil leaves if desired.
