Ingredients

  • 2 c. lightly packed basil leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 c. olive oil
  • 1/3 c. pine nuts
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Rinse and drain the basil leaves.
  2. Combine garlic and olive oil in a food processor and process until garlic is finely chopped.
  3. Add basil leaves and pine nuts, then process until smooth.
  4. Add salt, pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese, then process until blended.
