Instructions
- Combine egg yolk, bread crumbs, green onion, water, parsley, salt, sage and ground turkey in bowl; mix well.
- Shape into 1 x 4 1/2-inch loaf.
- Place in small shallow baking dish.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes; drain and spoon relish on top.
- Bake for 2 to 3 minutes longer.
- Serve with baked sweet potato and fresh garden salad.
- Yields 1 serving.
