Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking soda 2 pinches
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup melted butter
  • salt
  • zest a lemon

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl beat the eggs, 1/2 cup sugar, and pinch of salt, until light and fluffy.
  2. Sift the flour and baking soda and fold into the wet ingredients.
  3. Fold in the melted butter and lemon zest.
