Ingredients
- 1 cup warm water ⓘ
- 3 tablespoons olive oil (no need to use extra virgin, the less expensive is just fine) ⓘ
- 1 egg ⓘ
- 2 teaspoons sea salt ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 5 tablespoons honey ⓘ
- 1 12 cups whole spelt flour
- 1 34 cups light spelt flour
- 1 cup kamut flour ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons pure malt drink powder ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon yeast ⓘ
Instructions
- Put ingredients in bread machine pan in order suggested by the maker.
- Use the light crust 2lb basic white cycle (not rapid) as spelt and kamut dont like to be over worked or over baked.
- This will freeze well.
