Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil (no need to use extra virgin, the less expensive is just fine)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 5 tablespoons honey
  • 1 12 cups whole spelt flour
  • 1 34 cups light spelt flour
  • 1 cup kamut flour
  • 2 tablespoons pure malt drink powder
  • 1 tablespoon yeast

Instructions

  1. Put ingredients in bread machine pan in order suggested by the maker.
  2. Use the light crust 2lb basic white cycle (not rapid) as spelt and kamut dont like to be over worked or over baked.
  3. This will freeze well.
