Ingredients

  • 1 c. light Karo syrup
  • 1 c. peanut butter
  • 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 6 c. Rice Krispies
  • 6 oz. butterscotch chips

Instructions

  1. Melt sugar in light Karo syrup over medium heat.
  2. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat.
  3. Stir in peanut butter until smooth.
  4. Add Rice Krispies and stir until well coated.
  5. Press mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan using wax paper to prevent sticking.
