Rolls (Made With Water)

Instructions
- Soak 2 packages of yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.
- Combine sugar, Crisco, and salt; pour 1 cup boiling water over the mixture.
- Add 1 cup flour and 1 cup cold water; let cool.
- When mixture is cool, add beaten eggs.
- Add the yeast mixture to the cooled mixture.
- Gradually add 7 cups of flour to the mixture.
- Place the dough, covered, in the refrigerator.
- Roll out the dough and shape into rolls about 1 to 1 1/2 hours before baking, allowing them to rise until double in size.
- Bake in a 400° to 425°F oven until golden brown.
