Ingredients

  • 24 medium sized beets
  • 2 qt. water
  • 1 c. white vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar

Instructions

  1. Boil beets, leaving 4-inch tops.
  2. When tender, place in hot jars (can also slice).
  3. Boil water, vinegar and sugar.
  4. Pour over beets.
  5. Seal.
