Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 qt. white vinegar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pickling spice

Instructions

  1. Boil the vinegar, sugar, salt, and pickling spice together for 10 minutes.
  2. Remove the skin from the bologna, slice it, and pack it in a glass jar.
  3. Pour the hot syrup over the meat in the jar.
  4. Put the lid on the jar and refrigerate.
  5. Ready to use the next day.
