Ingredients

  • 2 c. cider vinegar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp. white pepper
  • 4 c. sliced sweet onions

Instructions

  1. Combine cider vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic salt, and white pepper in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil.
  2. Drop in the sliced sweet onions and turn off the heat.
  3. Let the mixture cool, then refrigerate before serving.
