Ingredients

  • 4 lb. rind, cut in cubes
  • 1 (1 oz.) stick cinnamon
  • 1 oz. whole allspice
  • 6 whole cloves
  • 2 lb. brown sugar
  • 3/4 pt. cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Tie spices in bag.
  2. Boil them with vinegar and sugar for 15 minutes; add rind and cook until tender.
  3. Fill hot sterilized jars and seal.
