Ingredients

  • 4 or 5 cucumbers
  • 2 onions
  • 1 green pepper (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 c. white vinegar
  • 1 tsp. celery seed

Instructions

  1. Slice cucumbers, onions and green pepper very thin.
  2. Add salt and let stand for 2 hours (do not drain).
  3. Add remaining ingredients.
  4. Refrigerate overnight.
