  10. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.

Tips & Substitutions

To enhance the flavor, consider adding garlic to the onion mixture or incorporating sautéed mushrooms for added texture. If you prefer a vegetarian option, substitute the butter with olive oil and use a plant-based cheese. You can also experiment with different cheese varieties like cheddar or mozzarella for a different taste profile. Be sure to adjust the seasoning in the mashed potatoes to your liking.

Serving Suggestions

This Pierogi Lasagna pairs beautifully with a light salad, such as a Tomatoes-Mozzarella Salad, to balance the richness of the dish. For a heartier meal, serve alongside roasted vegetables or garlic bread. A dollop of sour cream or a sprinkle of fresh herbs like chives or parsley can also elevate the dish when serving.

Storage & Reheating

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place individual portions in the microwave or cover the entire dish with foil and reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) until warmed through. If the top begins to brown too much, you can cover it with foil during reheating.
