Instructions
- Cook ziti as directed, then drain well.
- While ziti is cooking, place all the other ingredients in a large bowl.
- Mix the ricotta, eggs, salt, pepper, and parsley flakes until well combined.
- Spread sauce in the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan or glass dish.
- Spoon the cooked ziti and ricotta mixture into the pan.
- Top with additional sauce.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Cover and let stand to set up before serving.
