Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1 to 2 cans mandarin oranges
  • 1 large box vanilla instant pudding

Instructions

  1. Mix the yellow cake mix according to the directions on the box, but do not add water.
  2. Use the juice from the mandarin oranges to replace the water called for in the cake mix.
  3. Fold in the mandarin oranges and 3 tablespoons of crushed pineapple into the batter.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35 to 40 minutes until golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
