Ingredients

  • 2 qt. ground red peppers
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Combine ground red peppers, sugar, vinegar, and salt in a large pot.
  2. Cook the mixture for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
  3. Pour the hot mixture into clean jars and seal.
