Ingredients

  • 1 bag ice
  • 1 can cream of coconut
  • 6 oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 6 oz. can pineapple juice

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add 2 1/2 to 3 cups chipped ice, pineapple juice, 3 tablespoons cream of coconut, and 1 tablespoon crushed pineapple.
  2. Blend well until smooth.
  3. Add 2 1/2 to 3 ounces of rum to the blender.
  4. Blend again briefly to combine.
  5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
