Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 1/3 cup melted margarine
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1 cup whipping cream, whipped

Instructions

  1. Combine vanilla wafer crumbs and melted margarine, then press firmly on the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate.
  2. Chill the crust in the refrigerator.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until fluffy.
  4. Gradually beat in the sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  5. Add the thawed orange juice concentrate and mix well.
  6. Fold in the whipped cream gently.
  7. Pour the filling into the prepared crust.
  8. Chill the pie for at least 2 hours before serving.
  9. Garnish with fresh orange slices and additional whipped cream if desired.
