Ingredients

  • 1 golden recipe cake mix
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1 large box Cool Whip
  • 1 box flake coconut

Instructions

  1. Bake the golden recipe cake according to box directions and allow it to cool completely.
  2. Using a wooden spoon, poke holes randomly through the cooled cake.
  3. Pour the can of sweetened condensed milk evenly over the cake.
  4. Pour the crushed pineapple over the condensed milk layer.
  5. Spread the Cool Whip evenly on top of the pineapple layer with a spatula.
  6. Sprinkle flake coconut over the Cool Whip, then add cherries on top for color and flavor.
