Ingredients

  • 10 medium carrots, sliced diagonally
  • 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Cook carrots in boiling water until tender, then drain.
  2. Drain liquid from pineapple tidbits.
  3. Combine pineapple juice, orange juice, cornstarch, salt, and cinnamon in a saucepan.
  4. Cook the mixture until thickened.
  5. Add pineapple tidbits and cooked carrots to the saucepan and warm through.
