Pineapple Casserole(Like A Bread Pudding)

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 5 slices white bread, broken

Instructions

  1. Grease a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
  2. Melt margarine and add other ingredients.
  3. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
  4. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
  5. Use as a side dish or serve with whipped cream as a dessert.
  6. Delicious hot with ham.
