Pineapple Casserole(Stuffing)

Ingredients

  • 6 slices day-old bread crumbs
  • 1 (15 3/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 stick margarine

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients, except
  2. bread
  3. and butter.
  4. Melt 1 stick margarine and pour over
  5. bread and toss.
  6. Mix bread with pineapple mixture and pour
  7. into buttered baking dish and bake 25 to 30 minutes at 425°.
  8. Can

  10. baked at 350° for about 45 minutes if something else is
  11. in the oven baking.
  12. Serves 4 to 6.
  13. Great with ham.
