Pineapple Cheese Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can pineapple, crushed
  • 2 c. Bisquick
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°. Line muffin pan with baking cups. Mix pineapple with juice and remaining ingredients. Beat 30 seconds. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake until light brown, about 15 minutes. Yield: 12 muffins.
