Ingredients

  • 6 lemons
  • 11 qt. water
  • 1 small can grated pineapple
  • 1 pt. sweetened cream
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Make a very sweet lemonade using 6 lemons and 11 quarts of water.
  2. Add a small can of grated pineapple to the lemonade.
  3. Pour the mixture into a freezer container and freeze like ice cream, turning it occasionally.
  4. When the lemonade begins to thicken, add a pint of sweetened cream.
  5. Continue freezing until firm as desired.
