Pineapple Filling For Cake
A sweet and tangy pineapple filling bursting with orange flavor, perfect for layered cakes and ideal for summer desserts or special occasions.

Instructions
- Mix cornstarch and sugar in a saucepan.
- Add the drained crushed pineapple and all of the reserved juice except for 1/2 cup.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is smooth and thickened.
- Stir in the orange juice.
- Allow the filling to cool before spreading between cake layers and on top of the cake.
- Frost the cake with Seven Minute Icing.
