Pineapple Flax Seed Biscuits

- In a large mixing bowl stir flour, sugar, powdered sugar, baking soda, baking powder together.
- Add pineapple preserve and flax seeds. Stir until mixed thorougly
- Add milk and stir. Note: It should be thicker than pancake mix but moist
- Then add warmed (liquid) coconut oil and fold into mixture
- Using a large spoon scoop mixture into a ball and drop onto baking sheet
- set oven at 375*F. Cook for 15 minutes until a light golden brown as seen in picture
