Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except pineapple in a saucepan.
  2. Cook over medium heat for 12 minutes or until thick, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in drained crushed pineapple.
  4. Spread on cooled cake.
