Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 2 cups crushed pineapple
  • 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 2 small packages vanilla pudding

Instructions

  1. Cut or tear cake into small pieces.
  2. Mix vanilla pudding and pineapple juice until thick.
  3. Add crushed pineapple to the pudding mixture and fold in Cool Whip.
  4. Layer the cake pieces and pudding mixture alternately in a serving dish, starting and ending with the pudding mixture.
