Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cantaloupe
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1 ounce orange flavored yogurt
  • 1 cup lemon-lime sherbet
  • 8 frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Mix all liquid ingredients first: cantaloupe, orange yogurt, milk.
  2. Mix for 30 seconds then add frozen ingredients: frozen banana, lemon-lime sherbet, strawberries.
  3. Smooth until thick.
