Ingredients

  • 8 oz. can sliced unsweetened pineapple
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tray ice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar substitute

Instructions

  1. Pour pineapple into the blender container.
  2. Blend for about 1 minute until smooth.
  3. Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and sugar substitute to the blender.
  4. Blend for 1 minute to combine.
  5. Add ice cubes 4 or 5 at a time and blend until the mixture is chilly and frothy.
  6. Serve immediately.
