Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. grated cheese
  • 2 cans chunk pineapple
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. self-rising flour
  • 1 stack Ritz crackers

Instructions

  1. Mix pineapple, cheese, sugar and flour.
  2. Crumble crackers on top.
  3. Melt margarine and pour over all.
  4. Cook at 325°.
  5. Serves 6 to 8.
