Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 well beaten eggs
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Heat all ingredients except whipped cream.
  2. Cook until thickened.
  3. Allow to cool.
  4. Add whipped cream to the cooled mixture and blend well.
  5. Use on fruit mixtures or as a dessert topping on sponge cake.
