Ingredients

  • 12 medium potatoes
  • 6 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 1/4 cups grated Cheddar cheese or 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 3/4 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Combine the cooked and whipped potatoes with the grated Cheddar or cream cheese, salt, and 1 to 1 1/2 cups of milk until well blended.
  2. Fold in the beaten eggs into the mixture.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture if not baking immediately.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 45 minutes until heated through and slightly golden on top.
