Ingredients

  • 1 Jiffy yellow cake mix
  • 1 vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 large package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained well

Instructions

  1. Drain the crushed pineapple well and set aside.
  2. Prepare the cake batter according to the package instructions, using pineapple juice instead of water.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
  4. Arrange the drained pineapple on top of the batter.
  5. Bake for about 15 minutes or until the cake is cooked through.
  6. Allow to cool before serving.
