Pineapple Walnut Drops Cookies

Instructions
- Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
- Cream shortening; add sugar gradually.
- Add unbeaten egg.
- Stir in pineapple, walnuts and lemon juice.
- Add dry ingredients; stir well.
- Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375° for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Yields 2 to 3 dozen.
